Level measurement of light material in high temperature - Wood chips and bark
Task:
Our customer, a big carpentry in Sweden, required to monitor the waste wood and bark material conveyor. The waste was used as fuel for an energy generation burner. The particular challenge was to provide reliable measurement in temperatures of up to 600°C.
Our Solution:
The UWT rotating paddle detector RN 3000 series fulfils these extreme requirements. This is made possible through the RN 3000´s high quality allowing exact measurement customised to the density of the bulk goods and optimal sealing against dust.
