Drinks such as water, tea and coffee as well as fresh apples from Lake Constance are available to our employees free of charge. On each floor there is a fully equipped kitchen

Meal subsidies
In our canteen we offer a wide variety of food choices supplied by the Hofmann Menü-Manufaktur company. A daily subsidy is provided for lunch. In order to facilitate meals for children and relatives, our employees are free to take the subsidized lunch from the canteen home with them.

Snack machine
For the extra boost of energy and when the hunger comes our employees can purchase a variety of snacks in the canteen.

Workwear
UWT provides production area staff and employees with customer contact with appropriate workwear.

Relaxation
Work-life balance is very important to us. For relaxation, we offer our staff weekly massage appointments by a trained physiotherapist. Simply book an appointment via Outlook and off you go. In addition, UWT has a relaxation room and a shiatsu massage chair by BrainLight.

Health Specials
The well-being of our employees is very important to us. The UWT vital program (-> link with flyer) offers workshops and lectures on current health topics, back exercises, nutrition courses, an individual health & metabolic diagnostics via Die Diagnostikzentren as well as alternating sports courses such as Yoga, Zumba or Pilates. In addition, all employees receive a subsidy for external health measures.

Sports
At UWT, there are a large number of self-organized groups who meet after work for a variety of sports. Jogging, walking, hiking, HIIT training (high intensity interval training), mountain biking, the "bike to work" action of the AOK etc.

Business Bike
For all employees we offer bicycle leasing via Business Bike. E-bike, mountain bike or racing bicycle - choose the right business bike for you and enjoy all advantages of employee leasing.

UWT employees receive discounted prices in numerous shops and for various leisure activities in and around Kempten.

Festivals and events
Company outing or summer party, ski trips, AOK company run, Silverster run in Kempten, the joint visit of the Allgäuer Festwoche and of course our Christmas party - there are many reasons to celebrate around the year.

English courses
The courses take place weekly in the company building and there is one for beginners and one for advanced speakers. The groups are kept extra small to create an optimal learning environment.
