Our UWT Vital programme lives and breathes through the support & commitment of our staff

In the end - most of the time - all remains the same. Because good intentions alone are not enough!
To help our employees achieve their goals and to initiate change we started the UWT Vital Programme in 2009. The goal is to sensitize our employees when it comes to their health and wellbeing and to help them change their behaviour in order to lead a healthier & more balanced way of life.
In addition to courses, seminars for healthy eating & Work-Life-Balance we offer many different leisure activities - either to relax or to stay fit.

Winter sport

Winter sport is very popular in our Allgäu region. Activities such as snowshoe hiking, sledging, skiing or just having fun in the snow is part of living in this mountainous area. UWT offers a number of subsidies for ski lifts in the region.
Mountain biking

From spring to autumn enthusiatics UWT mountain bikers meet regularly to take short spin in the region.

To harmonise body and mind and to refuel your energy: Nothing is as important as times of rest. Our employees can take time out and relax in our relaxation rooms or treat themselves to a massage on the Shiatsu massage chair.
