We want our employees to have a decent standard of living in old age. This is why we have decided a few years ago to set up a staff pension scheme which is solely financed by UWT. Staff with a period of employment of 5 years or more are eligible for inclusion in the scheme.

Effectively increasing your pension - with the help of UWT
Our staff can voluntarily pay part of their salary into a pension scheme. The amount is deducted from the gross salary and the taxable income therefore reduced.
What is special here that UWT passes the money that is saved directly onto the employee. UWT even adds a small amount to the voluntary old age provision.
