Managers from Kazakhstan visit UWT as part of their Manager Training Program
This provided a good opportunity to exchange ideas and for cooperation talks between the managers from Kazakhstan and the managing director and managers of the German company.
The visit was organized by the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg in Tübingen as part of the Manager Training Program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
You may wonder why UWT was selected. In the words of Maria Lazareva, Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg: "The company UWT is internationally active, open to cooperation and known as one of the best employers in Germany. Thanks to the company visit, it was possible for the Kazakh participants to get to know the best practice strategies of human resource management and thereby develop their own personnel management skills. "
The goal of the manager training program was to further initiate and deepen the business initiation and economic cooperation with German companies.
Managing Partner UWT GmbH Uwe Niekrawietz with Markus Schalk, Managing Partner UWT International Sales Management GmbH and und Alexandra Woloschin, Area Sales Manager
Eastern Europe / CIS & Baltic welcomed the overall seven guests.
During the company tour our visitors showed a great interest in the set-up of our assembly lines which follow Lean Production principles. Ideas and regional market experiences as well as level measurement solution could be exchanged.
We had a great time with our Kazakh guests and we hope that they enjoyed the special day with us too!
